Yes, it is normal for it to say "left the US" on 
that site when it is has actually left on it's WAY 
to the US. I don't know why, but that is what it 
says the day it leaves Japan.
It bothered me the first time I saw that, too.
But there was no way that it could have gotten 
here and come back in a couple days, so I just 
waited...and it arrived in about 4 days total.
Since then I have tracked a few and they always 
say the same thing. Rosemary is right, it might  
just be a typo and they mean "left Japan, to the 
US", who knows. But, don't worry! It will get to 
you!
