Hello,  I try recieve cel from country japan. It 
is ems. I tracked it at site with number for 
tracking with it at english site.  It say it left 
United States from which I am at. It supposed to 
stay U.S to get to me. That is right?  Not leave 
country so it does not arrive to me and go back 
to japan which mailed from.  I am feeling 
confused but not great with ems and some 
english.  I have not done ems before. Help or 
explanation of how ems be working.  It is 
requested.
