Oh, I see. Well, I guess I was considering more 
the pixel level.. ;P Especially since my images 
are dithered/noised, the basic paintbrush simply 
won't do. LOL .. How can PS do that automatically?

Also, cel galleries are a little different than 
merely displaying art - these are pieces of some
monetary value (possibly inflated), and as such 
I'm sure many people display their cels not for 
strict aesthetic reasons but merely to say "Look 
what *I* got!"  ^_-'  If that's the case, then 
mucking it up isn't that big of a deal.. In my 
case, though, I want to use my scans as wallpaper
so I do mine that way. *shrug* :P
