The fact is, Photoshop was created to do exactly 
this kind of thing. I mean, if you can erase 
people out of pictures, change day into night, or 
make a bed of grass out of just one small pic, 
how hard is it to erase a couple lines? Even if 
they are over hair. I think watermarking is a 
good idea to thwart the lazy fraud, but anyone 
with a few minutes can alter a scan. If they 
really want your scan, they'll take it. Just 
don't want people to feel like watermarking is 
the answer to all the "fraud" problems.
