I got a cel several months back from the cheap-o 
bin at my local comic store.  It's from Yat 
Anshin, and I think I paid about $5 for it... 
Anyways, I just noticed yesterday that there is a 
*HOLE* in this cel!  The character has one arm up, 
and the small space in between her arm and her 
hair has been carefully cut out with a razor 
blade.  I assume it's because a cel painter 
accidentally painted the area and decided to cut 
it out physically rather than paint a new cel 
(could there be another reason?)  Has anyone else 
ever seen a cel like this?  I know it was done by 
the studio because I bought it, still sealed, in 
the studio's bag.  If this were actually on a 
valuable cel, how much would it drop the value? 
(approximately, do you think?)
