They will, however, close auctions if people 
email them and complain. I've done this several 
times and had great results. Unless I email with 
less then 24 hours til the end of the auction, 
it's usually pulled. But they don't have people 
who police the auctions, it takes someone 
emailing them to point out the auctions and the 
people who run them for anything to be done.
