That's an interesting theory... what I draw and 
what I collect aren't really connected but they 
aren't exact opposite either... just kind of 
unconnected.  I collect a lot bishounen and 
effeminate guys (Kenshin, Dewey from Ririka SOS, 
Michael from Tenshi ni Narumon etc) and overly 
cute girls (Lum, Noelle, etc) and Maison Ikkoku 
characters which don't really fit in either 
category!  I NEVER draw guys except for Kenshin... 
I really can't draw masculine men at all!  When I 
draw it's usually like tall mysterious women with 
long hair and flowing robes and stuff.. really 
curvy kind of things... does that have anything to 
do with my favorite anime shows being Kenshin, MI, 
UY, Tenshi ni Narumon, Ririka, etc.... ???  It 
seems totally unrelated to me, but it's cool that 
you and your friend have talents that match your 
anime preference!
