I have to say that I don't see anything wrong with 
censored adult cel images being posted to the 
forum.  If you want to suggest that the poster use 
larger covering marks, I wouldn't object, but I 
don't see any good reason to reject out of hand the 
posting of adult cel images.  (I'm assuming that's 
what you meant by "this kind of material", anyway.)
