Yes, I think more anime studios will start to
make hand-painted "reproduction" cels on CG anime.
Toei has been doing it already for a while.  
However, I'm not too interested to buy the
reproduction cels.  It just doesn't have the
same "unique" or "one of a kind" feeling like
the production cel anymore.  The studio usually
makes a few hundred "limited edition" reproduction
cels from the same image...duh.  Not to menton 
that the reproduction cel isn't cheap anyway.  
They often cost a lot more than the production 
cels.  
I wonder what the other people feel about
reproduction cels.
