I'm experiencing something similar.  I convinced 
myself not to buy any cels from OCT to at least 
DEC 2k,for multiple financial reasons. Instead, 
I've already spent 200 bucks this month on cels 
that I just purchased on impulse.  To top things 
off I just filled up my second cel book and had to 
cough up another 10 bucks to buy a new one. 

I haven't addressed my addiction but I think I 
have to stop visiting Ebay and the Keep track page 
 :(
