You mean like the infamous Fan-Anime? Grrr... They ripped me off on a Slayers Royal game cel of Lina and Naga. Man, if I could only find another like it... Since then I've seen all the warnings about buying from French dealers. I hate to sound biased since I have some good friends from France, but it seems like French dealers are the worst... :(
