At least you sent the money by Western Union. You 
should check their website and see what kind of 
recourse you have. :p Since he has to have a 
number to go and pick it up, they should have 
records showing the day he picked it up. 

I sent 55.00 to him through the mail and am now 
out the money. He says he never received the 
money but I also never got it back.  I guess it 
could have been a lot worse, but it's still a 
hefty chunk to lose.
