If you have a problem, you should email me 
directly.  These are my cels and it is my option 
to close the auction early. If you are interested 
in the cel, you can bid at any time. If I get an 
offer for the cels I have up that I feel is fair 
I will close it for the person. Waiting until the 
last minute to bid is not always the best option, 
as you can see here.  There is no rule saying I 
have to keep my auctions running - and there is 
the option for the seller to close it early. I do 
take advantage of that option from time to time.
