I dont know if this is my imagination or what..but  
I have noticed a few users  on this forums handle 
names to be popping up when bidding on cels....I 
know alot of people on this forum dont speak or 
read japanese and thought what is going on?!? I 
know thats one of the requirements for you to 
bid..so to those people do you have someone in 
japan receving those cels for you.....or what????
