Just being the devil's advocate here, but people 
can "say" they wont bid from "bad" sellers, but 
when your dream cel comes up, I bet you'd bid no 
matter what the cost if you have the means.

another thing is, the users of this forum are only 
a very very very small percentage of cel buyers 
online, I'm just not so sure that if even EVERYONE 
here aggreed to not buy from scalpers if it would 
make much of a difference.
someone else would just buy it.
