I understood that part about the cel prices and 
the one per person thing. It's the date I was 
confused about. The way it looked to me was that 
they were going to different parts of the country 
and Nov. 3 was the first one. Shinjuku is next on 
the list, I figured they would post another date. 
Not that it really matters since I am no where 
near Japan right now.
