Hi^^ I got it by doing three times now, just went 
to the post office and filed, everything turned 
ok good thing, don't know why they told you that 
info. Just needed the receipt as proof of sending 
and the tracking number no fee to do it. Real 
easy! Clerk in a bad mood maybe? One clerk once 
told me that there was no such thing as an 
international money order!
