After emailing him again I guess the next thing 
to do would be to check with the Post Office. I 
thought that Global can be tracked.( I may be 
wrong, I know EMS can be tracked and everyone I 
buy from gives me a tracking number) Its been a 
while since I bought domestically though.. I do 
know that I always have to sign for it so that 
the sender knows I received it. 
   To Be honest the person you bought it from 
sounds like he doesnt much care about your cel.. 
just your money. You be able to tell if he does 
or not by his response to your email telling him 
it hasnt arrived.  Most reputable people would 
try to work out something with you.
 All the cels I ever got only one mix up happened 
and the dealer offered me a very nice deal and I 
still plan on dealing with her.
 I think that I read that only 1 in every hundred 
of packages sent get lost...
  Im sorry though that really sucks..if you have 
a pic of the cel you should post it here so that 
if anyone else sees it where it shouldnt be, they 
can let you know....
