That's a really great cel that you have.
Quite rare too.  I'm afraid it's been awhile
since i"ve seen the show also so I can't give
you an answer to your question.
   I also love that Sakura (Street Fighter) 
artwork on your page.  Sakura is a favorite
character of mine too.  I'm always on the
lookout for nice cels of her, but it seems like
cels from Street Fighter Zero are very rare.
