I had this happen once, when I did my cel sale.
Person wanted references, I remember that I gave
couple of online dealers as references.  Buyer
must have liked what they heard as they did buy 
the cel.

Definitely don't send out the cel until you have 
money in hand if don't know them.

You could email people to see if they are willing.
And you can us me as reference, Anna, as we have
traded/sold several times. (female Nuri, Firia
& Master w bkgd, Lina w Zel's hand, etc..)
