Well, this is a first for me. Someone has offered
to buy a very high-end cel from me, but she wants
references. She is unwilling to take my feedback
on eBay as proof that I am honorable & wants email
addresses of people I have dealt with so she can
check me out personally... However, I am unwilling
to give out email addresses of people without
permission first. I have told her this & she said
that if I won't, then she will not buy my cel
unless I send out the cel the same day she sends
the money. I have done this before, but not with
so much money. Usually, I would wait until I
receive payment.
I had never thought about references before, but I
checked out her email address on eBay & yahoo &
she was not listed under the email address I have.
Should I contact a bunch of people & ask if I can
use them as a reference? Has anyone else had a
similiar experience?
And the fact that she won't take my eBay feedback
just bothers me for some odd reason. I really
could use the money, but I am getting somewhat
paranoid with all of the cel fraud questions
popping up.
So...I am asking for your advice. Could
anyone give me their opinion? I have my email
address listed above; if anyone could email me
& help me, I would appreciate it!
Thanks,
Anna
