ok well here is a good point. Um well lets see 
how to explain.. ok i think i got it.
Certain anime series(eg Dragonballz) were on tv a 
long time ago in japan. back then, the cels were 
dirt cheap. Now, since they are on cartoon 
network and internation channel, they are lotsa 
more money...lotsa lotsa. And there is a certain 
attraction more and more americans are having 
with anime. This drives the prices up. But even 
though DBZ cels are a lot more money now, they 
are still really cheap compared to US cels.
There is money to be made and you don't have to 
put as much down as you would with US cels. Plus 
Anime is usually better art then our crappy US 
cartoons.
