seroiusly, this is not fair.
i think someone rat-ed on you, cuz ebay normally 
doesnt go after people, so who could it be....?
Apparantly they dont like you or they are at odds 
with you or possibly a rival dealer emailed them. 
this is all conjecture but its my 2 cents ^_^
