Ok well this guys is shady or knows nothing at 
all about cel. I would probably say its a combo 
of both. 

Here is what I noticed

First off all the cels i looked at are in the 
sericels catagory.
Second off the pictures do say Chroma Cels on 
them.
Third, well for the most part the cels don't look 
like production cels or are way to good to be 
that cheap.

luckily if someone does buy them not knowing its 
a Sericel, he won't loose to much money.

what always gets me alarmed is when someone has 
ZERO feedback and is selling like 30 things at a 
time. Could be nothing, but thats how scammers 
sometimes work. I speak from experiance, i was 
just ripped on ebay from someone with ZERO 
feedbak.
