IMPO
They cost nothing to cash and it only takes
like 2 minutes to do at our post office and
we receive the money on the spot in yen.

as for

Bank Drafts
Money Orders
and Others

Banks can charge a fee up to 3500 yen, Take 
about
2 hours (No kidding) and it can take up to
6 weeks for the money to hit the account.
