Regular airmail is best, because it
gets there pretty fast and Global Priority
Mail doesn't have a tracking system or
anything...it's just a little bit faster.  Either
way, if your IPMO is lot in the mail, try to
*keep the receipt* (I even keep the
cashier receipt too) so that you can get your
money back.
