One way to make sure your MO gets to JP quickly & 
safely is to send it by Global Priority Mail 
(assuming you are from the US).  The small 
envelope costs about $5, and it takes 4-5 days to 
get to Japan.  I think you can get delivery 
confirmation with it, but that costs more.

Either that you you can send it airmail.  That 
can take about a week.  It's as safe as regular 
mail.  ^^; (if you consider that safe... lol)
