Okay... How can you be ABSOLUTLY sure he is a 
teenager? Also, I have been a member of ebay for 
2 years and I am 15 years old, I needed no 
parental help to sign up. I have sold things on 
ebay in the past. I have 10 positive feed back. 
My point is that you should not assume so much.
