I don't want to really get into this mess, but he 
has NOT contacted me at all in the past 6 months 
and besides that anything he would email me would 
be not be taken seriously.  I don't associate 
myself with him - the only contact I've had from 
him is when he purchased a few of my cels several 
months back. :p  Can't speak for anyone else, but 
if he said he emailed me ... I wouldn't put much 
stock in him having emailed anyone else.
