No need to worry, from my experience, this cel 
was a over sized cel, and must have been cut by 
studio, that is why it did not have sequence #.

This is very common for cels from Slayers and 
DBZ/Sailor Moon

as for the Trunks hand, even more obvious, it is 
not cut off, it is done on purpose, because of 
the background, there is probably something in 
the background, that is around area of Trunks 
hand, if the cel had the matching background, it 
would look perfectly fine.
