eek, ya'll are puttin' me to work...let me get my 
measuring tape out. Alright, let's see. Cel is 
9.5x10.25(so it's a little different than a 
standard size cel). Piccolo is about 8 inches 
tall and from the tip of Piccolo's ear to the end 
of Goten's cuff is about 8.5 inches. The 
registration holes are about an inch off to the 
right of the scan. 

Does this help? Maybe I should rescan. It was set 
on auto crop. Although the image does fill most 
of the cel.
