I enjoy buying cels from ebay only if they are
MUST have cels.  It must be the auction fever.  
I never really get most of my cels from ebay,
though.  Yes, ebay gets expensive, and I often get
outbid...but every once in awhile i'll see a must
have, and I'll be going to ebay war!

As for selling, i just started collecting, so my
selling experiences on ebay are minimal.  I currently 
auctioned off 15 cels.  Its a nice place to get 
business, but I am not big on UNserious buyers.  I am
currently experiencing problems with a high bidder 
whose email address no longer is current.

Ebay is fine...and i am beginning to get a feel for all
the honest ebayers out there ^_^
