You have to be picky when you have a low budget like mine.
I only buy a cel if it's really, really nice, or if I don't
think I'll see that character or the character portrayed 
in a certain way very often. When I shop for cels, there are
so many that I look at and think are nice, but I won't buy
them, even if they're cheap, because I already have a cel
like that, or I don't really collect that show, etc.

That's why I'm going to pick only three cels to buy at 
Anime Expo, so they have to be really really good. Also 
because I want to get anime soundtracks as well. The problem
with conventions like that is, you see something that you
want, you have to buy it right away or it'll be gone. And
after you spend all your money there's always something new
that you want. -_-;
