I know I've seen the scene before, but I can't remember 
which series it was from... I think (if it isn't from an OVA)
that it's from the Tenchi Universe TV series, but I borrowed
the tapes the time I watched that series and I'm waiting on 
Pioneer to make a DVD set before I buy them :)~

So I guess I haven't answered yer question, but I'm almost 
sure it came from one of those two series.
