They weren't being snippy. The poster specifically stated
that their post wasn't a flame. It didn't come across that way to me at all personally. I'm not surprised at seeing a post like that appearing now anyway because of the last couple of weeks. Their message seemed to just encourage more
kindess into the forum again. It's like Thumper says " If
ya can't say anything nice...don't say anything at all." 
But of course we're all human and not adorable animated rabbits so forget that one......:)
