This is the scan that I have found on some cel 
site.  Since I don't see any sequence numbers or 
anything like that, I tend to believe that it is 
one of the machine-made reproduction cels for 
Evangelion.  However, I never studied the 
reproduction cels myself, so I don't know for 
sure.

Please examine the image as best you can and tell 
me what you think.  If you believe that it's real 
or fake, try to provide your reasoning.  Domo!
