Yes, it would seem so. I tried months ago to get cel bags 
from the usual dealers, but from what they told me, they 
weren't restocking for a LONG time. I don't understand it 
at all. Maybe when we go to Japan we can do some investigating.
>_^ BUT!!! Just remember that while what we consider "cel 
bags" may be in short supply, there are plenty of places 
to get archival bags which happen to fit cels. Just have to
do the research. @_@x
