That cel probably wouldn't be worth much. Dragonball cels
are old, and Dragonball is one of the most world-reknown
anime there is, yet the cels aren't usually worth diddly
squat. They sure are hard to find though. I wouldn't mind
taking that Shogun Blue off your hands, but I've done a 
pretty good job conserving money for Anime Expo right now
and I don't wanna blow it.
