Of *course* he's important! He was the only Dragonball character
to be beated by Arale-chan! :P He was one of the Red Ribbon
Army bad guys. I think he was supposed to be gay, too. Maybe
a spoof of the shonen-ai-ish characters in girl's manga, I guess?
Who knows? I love Shogun Blue.
