IPMO are generally widely accepted by all partys 
opperating any sort of business (public or private)  
Wire money transfers are generally the most desired, but 
as they are much more expensive, IPMO are 2nd most 
desirable and accepted nearly everywhere.  they are, 
after all, backed by the US dollar (and the US tresary, 
in theory ^^;;) and most foreign business people are 
more than happy to deal in the US dollar.  

I don't do a lot of overseas business deals, but I do do 
a lot of private dealings with individuals, and IPMO 
have always worked perfectly for me.
