hi everyone!  I seem to be less than skilled using the forum's
search function, I keep pulling up every post possible :P 

In any case I have a question about International postal money
orders to Japan.  I have this friend there who is willing
to purchase a cel for me, but she wants to know if most banks
in Japan are willing to take an IPMO?  I wasn't sure and the only
other method I can think of getting money to her is by bank 
transfer (which is so much more expensive)She's never dealt 
with anybody outside of Japan before either. I've always sent
IPMOs to Japan, but I don't know how generally accepted they 
are...any help would be useful!  Thanks!
