I had the same thing happen to me - my favorite (and most
expensive cel) was obviously a cut down pan cel, with the 
cel number cut off!  I still love it, but would've loved it
more with the cel number!

As for Mangaya, I really like some of their cels, but have
heard that it takes them forever to get the cels sent out - 
was this true for you?
