Out of curiosity... What does anyone have to say about cut 
cels? I have one cel which I purchased a while ago that 
was apparently a cut pan cel (probably 17in cut down to 14in), 
but the number wasn't cut off. There are some other cels 
on EBay that have apparently been cut, too, with no numbers. 
Do studios do this, or collectors? How does cutting a cel 
devalue it?
