I've found a place that will properly frame a cel
for $60. It might be the frame their charging
quite a bit for. Break down the cost and see if your
paying for what you need. In any case, I'd say
you should shop around a bit more. Maybe to mom-and-
pop kinda shops. I've learned to steer clear of the 
mall.
