I have wondered too if this 'reiven' gets his/her cels
from Mandarake. Its nice to go to Mandarake and get
some good bargain cels for 1-8 dollars, but to go ther
adn buy mass quantities and then sell them on ebya for more
than what is paid for sickens me.  i am tired of looking 
at the mass amonuts of junk cels on ebay from this one
particular person.  Sorry, don't know why they do it, seems
like most of the stuff never sells and gets relisted over
and over again.  i have even seen this person mix up the 
characters Van with Allen from the ever popular Escaflowne.
If you don't know the characters, just list them as MISC
If you are going to put misc cels on ebay, make them
GOOD miscellaneous cels...you know eyes OPEN...somewhat
large images...cute or handsome extra characters...etc
