That person "reiven" buys their cels from Mandarake in L.A.'s
junk cels bin for $1-$5 each.
They don't label the cels there as to what series they are
from and it looks like this "reiven" is too lazy to double check.  
All their cels are "wonderful" as it states in their auctions!  Peeyuuuke!
I really hate it when people put cels on Ebay and they don't
bother to do the research. 
There is another seller like that named "bunnytoe" who very rarely knows the name of any cel he sells.  
And the cels are so crappy, I don't know why he even wastes his money posting them
