I totally agree.  It is so frustrating to try to 
use the actual RING and get stopped every 4th 
page.  If you don't have cels on your site... if 
you don't have the ring infomation on your site... 
then you SHOULDN'T be in the RING!  It definately 
needs some spring cleaning.  :P
