However, it's always better to be pro-active if 
you see deadlinks on the cel guide or cel web 
ring.

The maintainer many times doesn't have the time to
check all the links.  So if you have the time to 
check them, then just send a e-mail to the one
responsiable and let them know for the next time 
they do an update.  Usually they are busy enough
keeping updates on the new sites and dealing with
everything else.  Look at the work Yann does.
