I think that's up to you. ^_^ It's not like it 
really damages anything. I've only gotten one cel 
with taped-on reg holes, but I'm leaving it 
because a key-cel number is on the damned thing. 
O_o Removing the tape should not detract from the 
actual value of the cel, though - of course, 
keeping the reg holes does offer a measure of 
production "authenticity."  But, it's up to you.
