Hi I have dealt with Concept Anime before

I had purchased an item from there and altho I 
live like 1/2 hour away from Her it took me 
almost 3 weeks to get the cel

When I wrote to her she did respond but kind of 
rudely said oh its not that long to wait for the 
cel.

I just figured well I live like a 1/2 hour away 
from you and I could freakin pick it up- instead 
of wait 3 weeks to get the cel

Unbelievable.

It may be poor USPS mail but I know that if she 
recieved payment she didnt send out the items 
right away. I sent items out to Japan and 
California and have recieved them in a more 
timely fashion than there
